Terms of Service

Use is limited to the owners and authorized personnel of Shark Industries LLC. The application is not offered to the public, there is no registration, and access without authorization is prohibited.

The application reads business metrics from accounts that Shark Industries LLC owns on third-party platforms and presents them as a combined profitability view. Any change it makes to a connected advertising account is initiated by an authorized owner.

Use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms. Where the application accesses Google Ads through the Google Ads API, it does so only against accounts Shark Industries LLC owns, in accordance with the Google Ads API Terms and Required Minimum Functionality policies.

The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Reported figures are estimates drawn from third-party APIs and may differ from those platforms' own reporting. They are not accounting records and should not be relied on as such.

These terms may be updated as the application changes. The date above reflects the current version.
