Shark Dashboard

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 30, 2026

Shark Dashboard is an internal business tool operated by Shark Industries LLC for its own use. It is not a consumer product, it is not offered to the public, and it has no signup. Access is restricted to the owners of Shark Industries LLC by password.

What the tool accesses

Shark Dashboard connects to accounts that Shark Industries LLC owns on third-party platforms, currently Shopify, Printify, Klaviyo, Meta, and Google Ads, and reads aggregate business metrics from them: revenue, order counts, product costs, advertising spend, conversions, and conversion value. These figures are combined into a single daily profitability view.

The tool does not collect information from visitors, does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and sets only one cookie, which holds the signed session for an authenticated owner.

Google user data

When an owner connects the Google Ads integration, Google issues this application an OAuth token limited to the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. That token is used only to read reporting data from, and manage campaign settings in, Google Ads accounts that Shark Industries LLC owns.

Shark Dashboard's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data is used only to provide the internal reporting and account management described here. It is not sold, transferred, or used for advertising, and it is not used to train generalized machine learning models.

Where data is stored

Metrics are stored in a PostgreSQL database on a private server controlled by Shark Industries LLC. Integration credentials, including OAuth refresh tokens, are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using a key that is held only on that server. Traffic to the application is served over TLS.

Sharing and retention

Data is not shared with any third party, and no reports are sent outside the company. Metric snapshots are retained only as long as they are useful for business reporting. An owner may revoke the Google connection at any time from the integration settings, or from the Google Account permissions page, which deletes the stored token.
